We can notarize your signature in the Circuit Civil/Family Law Department.
When all forms have been completed, please return them to the Circuit
Civil/Family Law Department of the Jackson County Clerk of Court, along
with your filing fee of $300.00 and other fees. If you make your own
copies of your signed and notarized paperwork, you will not have to pay
$1.00 per page for the copies needed to serve the other party. Once
proof of service is received by our office, your case will be forwarded to
the Family Court Specialist for review. You may check back with a Deputy
Clerk in 2 to 3 weeks for the status of your case.

paternity has already been established, as a matter of law, you must
include a certified copy of the final order of paternity when you file your
paperwork.
